Through the use of your mobile phone camera or an external scanner, you can effortlessly scan laptops, mobile phones, monitors, and other devices belonging to your organization. In cases where a device lacks a code, manual information capture is also possible.

Assets by Oomnitza seamlessly integrates with Oomnitza’s Enterprise Technology Management (ETM) solution.

Designed with security as a top priority, administrators of the Oomnitza instance can:

• Create user roles for inventory personnel to restrict access to necessary information
• Customize the app's homepage for users
• Modify field attributes (read-only, mandatory, or editable) within the mobile app

To streamline the inventory app and enhance usability, administrators can:

• Add actions triggering workflows to automate inventory processes
• Customize displayed fields for quick access to asset information by app users
• Select required fields for inventory in mobile app screens
