Assets by Oomnitza offers an asset management application designed to simplify the process of adding, tracking, managing, and maintaining both on-site and off-site IT assets.
No longer do you need to engage in laborious and error-prone manual data entry. Through the use of your mobile phone camera or an external scanner, you can effortlessly scan laptops, mobile phones, monitors, and other devices belonging to your organization. In cases where a device lacks a code, manual information capture is also possible.
Assets by Oomnitza seamlessly integrates with Oomnitza’s Enterprise Technology Management (ETM) solution.
Designed with security as a top priority, administrators of the Oomnitza instance can:

 <li>Create user roles for inventory personnel to restrict access to necessary information</li>
 <li>Customize the app's homepage for users</li>
 <li>Modify field attributes (read-only, mandatory, or editable) within the mobile app</li>
</ul>
To streamline the inventory app and enhance usability, administrators can:

 <li>Add actions triggering workflows to automate inventory processes</li>
 <li>Customize displayed fields for quick access to asset information by app users</li>
 <li>Select required fields for inventory in mobile app screens</li>
 <li>Organize related information in sections within mobile app screens for an improved inventorying experience</li>
</ul>
Users of the mobile app have the capability to perform various activities ensuring accuracy and completeness of data from asset purchase to retirement and disposal.
Subscription required: To utilize Assets by Oomnitza, a subscription to Oomnitza is necessary.
